Trill Entertainment rapper Webbie was arrested for possession of two ounces of weed. Webbie and his friends were pulled over for speeding when one of the guys in the car threw a couple of bags out of the window. Webbie had $13,000 on him and another passenger had a loaded revolver. Webbie was held on $21,000 bond
