Reality star Richard Hatch has been sentenced to 9 months in prison for failure to pay taxes on the one million dollars he won the first season of "Survivor". Don't get it twisted this is not the first time Richard has already done a lil time he previously served three years for tax evasion. He is currently appearing on "Celebrity Apprentice" since his release in 2009 he has been serving a three year supervised sentence. Now the IRS gave the guy a break so he could refile his 2000-2001 taxes but he didn't! You would think he learned his lesson pay your taxes and live your life! Maybe Richard feels like prison is not so bad when he went to court Friday he didn't show any remorse and the judge gave him the maxi um sentence. Once he's released he will have to serve a 26 month supervised release during this time 25% of the reality stars income will be garnished by the IRS. They say he owes the IRS an estimated $2 million from the "Survivor" money!
