Life & Style magazine gone learn today that Tom Cruise is not taking accusations of abandonment lightly according to MTV news. The actors lawyer Ben Fields said Tom filed a $50 million dollar lawsuit for defamation and false-light invasion of privacy against Bauer Publishing which is the responsible party for Life & Style and In Touch magazines. Headlines read "Suri in Tears: Abandoned by her Dad". All I can say is can you blame him? Wow! Anything for a buck.... yes they took it there just to sell a magazine and it's nothing new but those are heavy accusations. Cruise argues that the actual story does not support the claims, and his daughter was crying because she couldn't bring a puppy home. And Tom's attorney wants to set the record straight and I quote "Tom doesn't go around suing people, he's not the litigious guy. But when sleave peddlers try to make money disgusting lies about his relationship with his child you bet he's gonna sue". And I just love this part, all money's recovered from the lawsuit will be donated to charity.
