I'm sure the ladies in the Tribe Ca area are sleeping a little better tonight with Johnathan Stewart in custody. This nasty sex fiend rapped a twenty-one year old actress and claimed he didn't recall putting her in a choke hold dragging her into the bushes rapping her twice. He told police that he didn't do anything wrong, all he did was touch her breast and ask her to take her clothes off. Well according to the police report he did way more than that he's being charged with predatory sexual assault, rape, sodomy, and sex abuse. He plead not guilty to the charges but if he is convicted he is facing forty years for the rape of the twenty-one year old woman who identified him on the scene when he woke his drunk ass up she was being treated by the paramedics and he was in the back of a police car asking them if they were taking him to a shelter. This is not his first time being accused of rape he was convicted for the rape of a family member and served seven years prior to this incident. Once he is found guilty he will be listed as a top level sex offender. I say lock him up and throw away the key he's sick and the best place for him is prison.
