Miami rapper Gunplay was released from jail yesterday after being committed for eleven day's while the courts decided if he was a threat to society if released. He's being charged with second degree assault with weapon as well as a robbery charge with a fire arm if convicted he is facing a life sentence. His attorney Michael Grieco convinced the judge to give him a bail so he could be home with his family while he works to clear his name of all charges. The charges stem from an altercation he had with a tax man in his office where the incident was caught on a camera inside the office last April. Gunplay avoided a warrant that was issued in May up until a few weeks ago, he got hot when he was involved in an altercation at the 2012 BET Awards with 50 Cents entourage. It looks like somebody forgot they had a warrant and is apart of a high profile music label. Hopefully his name will be cleared but the judicial seems to making prime examples out of these rappers.... Word to the wise think twice before you react, cameras seem to be every where now-a-day's.
