Lindsey's attorney Shawn Holley is working on a PLEA DEAL with prosecutor Danette Meyers and so far it does involve some jail time for the actress! The attorney's are going to see Judge Keith Schwartz next week Holley wants to find out how much jail time will Lindsey get if she pleads GUILTY! The judge made it clear during the last hearing that Lohan will serve SOME TIME (3-6 months) oh but Lindsey said she isn't doing any time and she believes the survillance camera is going to clear her name FREE & CLEAR......hmmmmm how interesting is this, when she was seen wearing the stolen necklace....Well we will see how this ends up for Lindsey.
