Terrell Owens caught a break, his Dallas condo was close to foreclosure but he found a buyer and he's out of there! Unfortunately he had to sale for a much cheaper price..... try $350,000 cheaper. He purchased the condo for $1.95 million not to mention the additional $100,000 he put into the place for upgrades. The codo was sold for $1.6 million I don't know how he did it but he got the bank to accept a short sale on the Dallas pad, the place is gorgeous and I can see why he had it but since he is no longer employed he can't afford the baller lifestyle he's been living. I think TO can bounce back though, he hasn't had any major roles in acting but I think this might just be what's next for this baller.
