Well Sugar Ray is ready to FINALLY reveal personal details about his career, which to my surprise involves alleged sexual abuse from his long time coach! I wasn't surprised to hear about the cocaine abuse though. Sugar Ray said that he won't be talking about the details of the alleged abuse until his book drops next month, not surprised I guess you do what you have to do to sell a book! Yal let me know how it turns out......SMH!

LIL BOOSIE UPDATE......

Lil Boosie is still facing some pretty serious charges! He was indicted for violating his parole, since his incarceration he has been hit with a 1st degree murder charges which could land him on death row if he's found guilty! When Boosie first went inside he was in the general population for the first seven months but he's now on 23 hour lock down away from the general population. Boosie said that there are a lot of bad things going on in there and the guards moved him for his own safety! Naturally Lil Boosie is upset with the whole situation, he said that its a problem with the Baton Rouge police department apparently the police don't like the music Boosie made about them and some drama with his record label that got him in the situation! Lil Boosie said that they took hard drives with unreleased music on it, and they haven't returned it yet......what's up with that? Lil Boosie said he needs that music...... Good luck to Boosie with this it's a tough situation hopefully the outcome will be in his favor and he will be cleared of all charges! Free Lil Boosie

Yes, my eyebrow raised when I heard that a nurse suggested that Mariah drink a BEER  to help produce milk so she could begin breast feeding her twins!!! Nick says that someone must have overheard the suggestion, which is quite common. Well the authorities ( Child Protective Services) were called to conduct an investigation..... now who ran to the tabloids for a couple of dollars?  Gosh I will be so glad when the recession is over, people do anything for a BUCK these day's! Good luck to the new parents... I really doubt that Mariah is going to do anything to hurt the children she worked so hard to get......

Do you notice anything different about Raven Symone? Okay it should be obvious, she has shed some of those pounds and she looks amazing! She recently revealed that she was a stress eater but now she has a regular workout routine and she is eating in portions!!! I can't make this up, when the authorities got there they could not find what may have caused the fire.....the guy was taken to the hospital he is being treated for life threatening burns to 90% of his body. Dear Ex-Factor,

There are several reasons the relationship is over, I don't want to hurt your feelings but at this point you are delusional and you seem to have amnesia. Our relationship was fun while it lasted but the fact of the matter is we can't get that old thing back, the thrill is gone and I just don't want you no more! You don't have to send messages to my friends and family about how much you miss me and what we had, how did you even get my phone number? Don't you have an ounce of pride in your body? The last I heard you moved on and was doing well with your new friend. I guess it was all good as long as you thought I was an option that you could come back to at anytime. We had some good times, I learned a lot thanks to you I'll admitt I made my share of mistakes during the relationship and I have grown from that and maybe that's why you want me back but I am happy with the person I'm with. The lessons I learned while I was with you are priceless. If we were to ever get back together it won't ever be the same so don't waste your time trying. I just have to be honest and let you know because we won't ever be anything more than history...... so save your breath your words don't have meaning when I hear them. It's just like the saying goes "If you can't have the one you love, love the one you with". So do yourself a favor and forget it!
